Vaishnavi Bhalchandra Kasar

Vaishnavi Bhalchandra Kasar is a second-year master’s student at NC State University in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering. She specializes in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and logistics. Notably, she applies Lean Six Sigma principles to boost efficiency and reduce costs. In addition, she demonstrates expertise in process optimization and quality assurance. She also manages supply chains with strong practical knowledge of SAP and advanced tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Furthermore, Kasar brings hands-on experience from the automotive and medical device industries. She actively leads cross-functional teams and drives project success through process improvements. Her innovative thinking led to patented systems in waste management and battery thermal regulation.

Shivam Sardana

Shivam Sardana bridges design, manufacturing and supply chain to elevate the customer experience. He combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with strong product ownership. As a result, he leads cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve business outcomes. He consistently applies data-driven strategies to guide decision-making. Moreover, Sardana uses advanced analytics, statistics and visualization tools to solve complex problems. He leverages technology to identify growth opportunities and streamline processes. Above all, he delivers impactful solutions that connect business goals with evolving market demands.
